This Privacy Policy applies to the Count It Up mobile application and related services operated by Heilmeier Elektro GmbH (the “Service Provider”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 31 August 2026.
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. Heilmeier Elektro does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
Count It Up does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Do third parties receive information?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, Heilmeier Elektro does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Count It Up does not require user accounts, does not create server-side user profiles, and does not keep a server-side history of ordinary in-app activity.
Custom trackers, tracker names, starting values, increment steps, color styles, negative-value settings, recent change history, minimum and maximum values, adjustment counts, sorting preferences, vibration settings, and number-format preferences that the Application stores locally on your device remain under your control and are not retained by Heilmeier Elektro as personal data on its servers.
Data Deletion
Where Count It Up stores trackers, values, history, statistics, sorting preferences, vibration settings, number-format settings, or similar information locally on your device, you can remove that information using controls available in the Application, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to Heilmeier Elektro outside normal app use, such as by email, you may request deletion at support@heilmeierelektro.online.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. Heilmeier Elektro does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because Count It Up does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data through Heilmeier Elektro systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and any information lawfully held.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to Heilmeier Elektro, appropriate steps and notifications will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Heilmeier Elektro may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.
